About Us - London
In our six-year history, our volunteers have also played an active role in direct service to support those in need.
Monthly Hospitality Meal
London Lawyer Brenda Fuhrman leads a committed team of volunteers who coordinate a monthly meal for up to 200 community residents in need at the Wellington Street United Church. Held on the second Sunday of each month, LLFH funds a hot dinner prepared and served by University of Western Ontario law students, lawyers and their family and friends.
London Food Bank
Local lawyer Dawn Sullivan also regularly coordinates a group of lawyers, family and friends for an evening of volunteer work with the London Food Bank. In 2008, the food bank fed approximately 2,500 families each month.
